Service Description

Your Initial Appointment is the first step in our repair process. During this visit, our team will take a complete set of photos of your vehicle and the visible damage, while gathering all necessary vehicle, accident, and customer information. This allows us to properly prepare your file and determine the next steps. Once the information has been collected, we can schedule your vehicle for a Damage Inspection Appointment, where it will be thoroughly disassembled and inspected to identify the full extent of the damage and create an accurate repair plan. Please note: The Initial Appointment is for documentation and information gathering; a complete damage assessment is performed during the Damage Inspection Appointment.
